Full Clear Team 3 (Thursday) Di2xnKd

Result: Full Clear in 1 hour 28 minutes w/leader Shabangbang and Mrsmith

Vale Guardian (1 pull)

Pros: Great dps with a 7:57 phase time
Cons: One person went died as VG was dying... RIP the Eternal that no one actually needs.

Gorseval (1 pull)

Pros: Excellent dps with almost a 20 second improvement over previous weeks. Phased around 5:32?
Cons: Literally none. Was a smooth run throughout.. Oh maybe Miss Lin could work on not nuking herself during breakbars actually. =P

Sabetha (1 pull)

Pros: Excellent dps again. No missed cannons.
Cons: Sznizz ate flamewall on the last burn.. She died during this burn though so it was like 3 seconds before she died. Still... Rip Eternal that no one needs.

Sloth (1 pull)

Pros: Well.. It got done. DPS was fantastic until the fire nation attacked.
Cons: The fire nation attacked. AKA our PS warrior Sznizz died and our dps went right with it. Messy kill with half the party dead and no space open but we still got it the first try.

Trio (1 pull)

Pros: Good dps, good environment management. Smooth overall.
Cons: Not all mobs were fully cleared before starting the fight so I bit some bandit bullets while I was on the second-to-last set of mortars... But Narella died a few moments later so it wasn't too big of a deal.

Matthias (1 pull)

Pros: Good phase time even though I mistakenly had on Invigorating Precision instead of No Quarter. Great backup reflects by Cabe who no longer sucks at reflecting. Good positioning and amazeball breaks on part of the whole party. Good self-awareness.
Cons: Gilburt (Chrono) died in the last phase around 30% leaving our poor Ele Cabe to have to learn to reflect.

Notes: Lin had target aggro during Matthias so they buddied up to make sure the reflects were on point. Good decision making and excellent recovery in spite of a significant dps slow down during this phase. This is a huge difference from the last couple of weeks where decision making suffered and people seemed uncomfortable in the fight. I requested a one pull Matthias and they perked up and gave me what I asked for.

And not that I might breaks during the raid but there was an easy 10 minutes or more that could've been shaved off the timer if it weren't for poorly timed breaks. Players should consider doing what they need to do when someone else also needs to break instead of waiting until they get back to take their break.

Full Clear Team 3 (Thursday) Di2xnKd

Result: Full clear in 2 hours 58 minutes with Mrsmith and Shabangbang

Vale Guardian (1 pull)

Pros: good clean kill, no problem
Cons: none really

Gorseval (1 pull)

Pros: DPS has massively improved, better than most teams I've done it with
Cons: none, clean kill

Sabetha (4 pulls) Last Cannon achievement

Pros: Great DPS
Cons: missed some cannons, ended up getting last cannon out of necessity due to a missed south cannon

Sloth (4? pulls)

Pros: Fantastic DPS, insanely early breakbars, sometimes before getting out of the front good
Cons: DPS was often wasted by messy mechanics and poor decision making

Trio (2 pulls) Environmentally Friendly

Pros: Great dps even with no environmentals. Managed to succeed even with mortars up. (Bug caused me to not be able to leave the area to complete the final set of mortars resulting in the cage getting hit as well as the group.)
Cons: Honestly Zane teleported and nuked the cage but not really the groups fault. Minion was fucking up the cage and a slight step out to grab the minion (not even far out) resulted in a huge teleport towards the cage.

Matthias (More than I care to recall, about an hour) Seimur Was Wrong

Pros: Excellent phase times and dps even without foods on, ultimately good team work took the kill
Cons: People were on tilt when we got him down to less than 1% twice and wiped. PS warrior died twice after phasing to 40% resulting in lowered dps in the later phase putting people on tilt-wipe.

Notes: I appreciate the fact that the group's DPS has improved significantly. I recall a couple of weeks ago when they were unable to properly phase Gorseval. Excellent DPS improvement overall. I have no complaints except that they need to become more mechanically consistent. I appreciate the fact that every group has bad days and gets tilted a bit so we'll see how next week goes. Love you nerds. <3

Full Clear Team 3 (Thursday) Di2xnKd

Results: 1 hour 50 minutes w/Shan & MrSmith

Vale Guardian (1 pull)

Pros: Excellent dps, 7:02 phase time
Cons: None really. Clean run.

Gorseval (2 pulls)

Pros: Excellent dps again
Cons: First run Kuro decided it best to die to the fall than to die to Gorsevals stomp. Lin's internet shit it's pants and Sznizz's client dropped and wouldn't restart wasting about 25 minutes of time.

Sabetha (2 pulls)

Pros: Excellent DPS, no problems with missing throws/cannons
Cons: Cabe forgot to bring Gale Song and got shoved off the ledge by a very pushy bandit so we reset since it was early on.

Sloth (1 pull)

Pros: Excellent dps, smoof as fk
Cons: none really tbh, great run

Trio (1 pull)

Pros: Excellent dps
Cons: I mean it's Trio it's kinda hard to fuck up tbh

Matthias (1 pull)

Pros: Great dps phasing, solid mechanics
Cons: Need to clear ice patches better... couple of people died near the end of the kill

Notes: This run would've been much faster had we not had to stop for Lin to reset her router and Sznizz to fix his game client dropping. People should be aware as well of how much time they're spending afk. I understand afking due to internet issues but chronically being the last one to ready check and needing additional time needs to be fixed. Keep in mind every moment you keep someone waiting is a moment they can't go do other stuff. Also need to work on clearing ice patches faster.

Full Clear Team 3 (Thursday) Di2xnKd

Results:7/9 bosses
Spirit Vale: 40 minutes
Salvation Pass: 80 minutes
Stronghold: 80 minutes

Vale Guardian (1 pull)

Pros: Excellent DPS as usually
Cons: Couple of teleports by the tank who was too busy raging about the Gift of Battle change.

Gorseval (1 pulls)

Pros: Good dps, got through it \o/
Cons: A bit sloppy. People seemed to be a bit distracted.

Sabetha (1 pulls)

Pros: Good dps, clean run, good throws, overall one of our more smooth and uneventful Sabetha runs.
Cons: Nothing really. This was a good run.

Sloth (1 pull)

Pros: Smooth run, good dps, good calls by Lin who took over calling from here on out.
Cons: Nothing. Our group did well here.

Trio (2 pull)

Pros: I replaced my role on mortar duty with Cabe, who brought a second Rev. I took over his spot as Tempest. Cabe did very well on mortars.
Cons: First one was a wipe. Some people got hit by flakk/tornados and didn't make the saboteurs at the end so the cage died before Nutella did.

Matthias (1 hour of pulls)

Pros: Good calls by the team. I asked them to take over calling for themselves here.
Cons: Took awhile. I don't even think it had to do with the calls. I think people were distracted. Once I jolted them back to reality with some serious talk they tidied up. Kinda feel bad for Gilburt here. He got a bit bullied by me. I realize it's an awkward role to play being the Chrono but he has some survivability issues at times.

Escort(5 pulls)

Pros: Realized that threatening people with an instant reset of the encounter upon their death will make them stop dying. Final run was quick and smooth and aggressively fast paced. Enjoyable run.
Cons: We had some suicide bombers in the group. Note to self, don't recruit raiders from r/Jihad. Our initial dps/progress on the mobs was slow. Once I swapped to tempest we burned them down much faster. Team needs work on placing Glenna at certain spots and kiting her around quicker. I think once a more thorough concept of the fight is established this will be no problem.

Notes: The team thrives in chaos. They seem to be able to pull even the most chaotic runs out of their ass and get the kill. I really appreciate the members I have to work with and their willingness to be flexible and better themselves. Even the messiest runs still result in kills because they know how to recover from a bad case of the Tilts.
