Spirit Vale: 40 minutes
Salvation Pass: 80 minutes
Stronghold: 80 minutes
Vale Guardian (1 pull)Pros: Excellent DPS as usually
Cons: Couple of teleports by the tank who was too busy raging about the Gift of Battle change.
Gorseval (1 pulls)Pros: Good dps, got through it \o/
Cons: A bit sloppy. People seemed to be a bit distracted.
Sabetha (1 pulls)Pros: Good dps, clean run, good throws, overall one of our more smooth and uneventful Sabetha runs.
Cons: Nothing really. This was a good run.
Sloth (1 pull)Pros: Smooth run, good dps, good calls by Lin who took over calling from here on out.
Cons: Nothing. Our group did well here.
Trio (2 pull)Pros: I replaced my role on mortar duty with Cabe, who brought a second Rev. I took over his spot as Tempest. Cabe did very well on mortars.
Cons: First one was a wipe. Some people got hit by flakk/tornados and didn't make the saboteurs at the end so the cage died before Nutella did.
Matthias (1 hour of pulls)Pros: Good calls by the team. I asked them to take over calling for themselves here.
Cons: Took awhile. I don't even think it had to do with the calls. I think people were distracted. Once I jolted them back to reality with some serious talk they tidied up. Kinda feel bad for Gilburt here. He got a bit bullied by me. I realize it's an awkward role to play being the Chrono but he has some survivability issues at times.
Escort(5 pulls)Pros: Realized that threatening people with an instant reset of the encounter upon their death will make them stop dying. Final run was quick and smooth and aggressively fast paced. Enjoyable run.
Cons: We had some suicide bombers in the group. Note to self, don't recruit raiders from r/Jihad. Our initial dps/progress on the mobs was slow. Once I swapped to tempest we burned them down much faster. Team needs work on placing Glenna at certain spots and kiting her around quicker. I think once a more thorough concept of the fight is established this will be no problem.
Notes: The team thrives in chaos. They seem to be able to pull even the most chaotic runs out of their ass and get the kill. I really appreciate the members I have to work with and their willingness to be flexible and better themselves. Even the messiest runs still result in kills because they know how to recover from a bad case of the Tilts.
